Use BXSS Supply quotes, invoices, delivery information, or supplier references to bypass BXSS Supply for future purchases
Interfere with or attempt to damage BXSS Supply business relationships with vendors or suppliers

Any attempt to bypass BXSS Supply to obtain vendor pricing or purchase directly from suppliers may result in:

Immediate cancellation of orders
Refusal of future service
Termination of customer accounts
Legal action where applicable

All supplier and vendor relationships remain the exclusive business property of BXSS Supply.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and supplier confirmation. We reserve the right to:

Adjust quantities
Substitute comparable products when necessary
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or supplier issues

Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of building materials and construction products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged material claims and missing product claims must be submitted within the required timeframe listed in our policy.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon receipt.
